Relaxed Luxury Travel (“I”, “me” or “my”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.
What I collect
Forms you submit. When you request a Stars & Miles Mini report or a paid report, I collect your name, email address, and your birth date, time and place. For travel services, I collect trip details such as destinations, dates, travelers, loyalty programs and points balances, and your home airport.
Email list. If you choose to join my email list, I collect your email address and name.
Website activity. My website host collects basic analytics and uses cookies, such as which pages are visited and the type of device used.
Messages. If you email me or use the contact page, I keep what you send.
I never ask for your airline or hotel account passwords. Please do not send them to me.

Birth details. Your birth information is used only to calculate your chart and prepare your report. I do not sell it or use it for advertising. I keep it for 12 months so I can answer follow-up questions, then delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner.
Who I share it with
I use trusted services to run my business, including form tools (Tally), email tools (Kit and Gmail), website hosting, and payment services such as Gumroad. These services process your information only to help me provide what you asked for, under their own privacy policies.
If you use the Fora intake form, that form is run by Fora Travel, and Fora’s own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
I do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
My website uses cookies to understand traffic and keep the site working. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner on the site, or through your browser settings.
Email marketing
If you join my list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy laws. To make a request, email info@relaxedluxurytravel.com. I will respond within a reasonable time.
Security and children
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure. My services are for adults and are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
I may update this policy and will change the date above when I do.
