Executive Award Travel Strategy
Business and first class, using your points
Most travelers hold more valuable points than they realize, but turning them into a lie-flat seat on the right flight takes time, timing, and knowing which loyalty programs work together. I’m an independent Fora travel advisor who uses points and miles to book my own premium travel, and I built this service to turn that experience into clear, practical plans for yours. Our award strategy service handles the hard part. We search availability, compare your options, and give you clear instructions to book it yourself.
Who this is for
This service is for executives, frequent travelers, and families who have built up points and miles but don’t want to spend evenings checking award charts. It also suits anyone planning a high-stakes trip, such as an anniversary, a milestone birthday, or a long-haul flight to Europe, Asia, or the South Pacific, where the seat matters.
How it works
Intake. Share your destination, dates, travelers, and the points you hold.
Search. We scan award space across airlines and programs, including partner routes that aren’t obvious from a single airline’s site.
Options. You get a short list that compares the points cost, taxes and fees, and cash price of each option, with a clear recommendation.
Booking. You get step-by-step instructions to book the ticket yourself. We never ask for your account logins, so you stay in full control of your accounts and your points.
What’s included

Turnaround and payment.
After you submit the intake form, I’ll review it and confirm the service is a good fit. Payment is due before research begins. You’ll receive your strategy document within 5 business days of payment. If your trip is coming up soon, let me know in the form and I’ll tell you what’s possible.

Not necessarily. A single business class seat to Europe can cost less than many people expect. During intake we’ll check what your balances can realistically buy.
-
We work with the major transferable currencies (such as Chase, Amex, Capital One, and Citi) and airline programs, including American Airlines, United, and Virgin Atlantic.
-
No. You book the ticket yourself using our step-by-step instructions, so we never need access to your accounts.
-
Yes, though availability for several seats on one flight is tighter. We’ll show you the options, including splitting travel across dates or routes.
-
We look at nearby dates, alternate airports, and partner airlines. If a good award seat isn’t realistic, we’ll tell you plainly and discuss paying cash or waiting for space to open.
-
For the best selection, 6 to 11 months before departure. Shorter notice can still work, especially for flexible dates.
A note on availability.
Award seats and pricing change constantly and can’t be guaranteed. Your options are accurate at the time of research, and seats can disappear before you book, so I recommend booking promptly once you have your plan. Points transfers are usually final, which is why the pre-transfer check is included.
